Shelf Life: This product maintains it’s flavor and quality for at least 1 year when stored at room temperature and not exposed to moisture.

A family favorite, I created this glaze once when the VP of the company I was working for at the time decided to come over for dinner (Man am I glad I am the boss now). I combine orange juice, lime juice, mango juice, and a few other secret ingredients with some freshly ground spices, and slowly cook them into a delicious glaze. This glaze has many uses, from grilled chicken and pork chops, to shrimp and fish. It's slightly sweet followed by a little bit of a spicy bite.
