This recipe was passed on to me by my father, who grew up southern all the way. It combines the wonderful flavor of black beans with hints of sweet corn, sun ripened tomatoes, freshly cut cilantro, and just a little bit of jalapeno with hints of lime zest for a flavor that is truly wonderful. Unlike our competitors that skimp on cost by increasing the tomato content, we make this salsa true to it's roots, using more black beans and corn than nearly anyone else. This salsa is excellent on chips, and you will find yourself quickly realizing that you have ate the entire jar.


Serving Suggestions:

Serve it cold on your favorite corn chips for a delicious snack

Make some burritos tonight and give them a boost by using warming this and using it in place of your normal beans
