Shelf Life: The make at home mix, is best used within six months. Our baked products are best when used or frozen in 10 days, you may freeze for up to a month in a refrigerator freezer, or six months in a deep freeze.

This is a sweet bread that is perfect for breakfast or lunch, but it has a bit of a healthy kick to it. Most people describe it as being similar to banana bread with it's freshly ground spices, and roasted walnuts. When most people hear the name of this bread, they think twice about trying it, but amazingly, even kids love this bread if we don't tell them what it is! The funny thing is, when we demo this product, nine out of ten people can't even guess that it has a vegetable in it, they just tell us they love it. We like to bake up a loaf on Saturday morning, the sweet aroma brings the kids in, and they eagerly devour it.


Serving Suggestions:

Warm a slice in the microwave and top with soft butter

Mix 8oz cream cheese with 1/2 a cup powdered sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon, then spread
