Shelf Life: The make at home mix, is best used within six months. Our baked products are best when used or frozen in 10 days, you may freeze for up to a month in a refrigerator freezer, or six months in a deep freeze.

What happens when you get a bunch of chefs together after working for 18 hours straight? Someone comes up with the crazy idea to throw some craisins in a batch of pumpkin bread, and presto you have the next great thing! But we took a few loaves and passed them out to customers, soon the orders for our craisin pumpkin bread were out pacing those of our regular pumpkin bread, and we hadn't even officially marketed it yet. We have taken the delicate spiced flavor of our pumpkin bread and added in a healthy dose of Ocean Spray all natural craisins. The resulting bites of cranberry goodness through out the bread are surprisingly delicious and addicting. Did I mention we need a good personal trainer around here?
