Shelf Life: This product maintains it’s flavor and quality for at least 1 year when stored at room temperature and not exposed to moisture.

Please note that all of our Jam's are 100% natural, and unlike the natural jams you can purchase at the super market, ours do not have added pectin. This means you get more fruit per jar, not more "thickened" water like the other guys.


We take ripe California plums and combine them with hints of vanilla and cinnamon into a creamy all natural jam that just melts in your mouth.

Serving Suggestions:

Of course our jams are always great on toast and biscuits.

Warm in a small bowl and use it for an egg roll dip.

Use it to glaze pork chops just before removing from the grill.
