You Will Need:

1 Aunt May's Sweet Potato Bread Mix 2 large eggs
1/2 c vegetable oil 1 c mashed sweet potato
1/3 cup water  


To Prepare:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 if using dark colored pans)

Spray pans with non-stick spray

Pour contents of pour contents of mix into a large mixing bowl dry ingredients briefly to remove any clumps. Add eggs, oil and water and mix well, then add sweet potatoes and mix until combined. Pour into a 9x5 baking pan and bake for approximately 45-60 minutes, until a tooth pick or butter knife inserted into the middle comes out clean.
