Plum Glazed Grilled Pork Chops

Take your pork chops to new levels that will make your family beg you to make them more often. These juicy chops are glazed with our cinnamon plum jam, and are delicious.


Prep Time: 10 Cook Time: 15 Servings: 4


You Will Need:

1 16 oz Jar Plum Jam 2 tsp Salt
4 pork chops  


To Prepare:

Preheat grill to about 375 degrees

Sprinkle pork chops on both sides with salt, then place on grill as you normally would.

While pork is cooking, remove lid from your jar of plum jam and then warm the jam in the microwave for 1-2 minutes until easily spreadable.

When pork chops have 3-4 minutes of cooking time before they are finished, spread plum jam on one side liberally then cook covered until finished. Serve as is, or provide a small dipping bowl of warm jam for additional flavor while eating.
