Andy's Urban Legend Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are the best chocolate chip cookies you will ever have the pleasure of eating. Soft and chewy, and packed full of chocolate.

You Will Need:

1 Ultimate Cookie Mix 1 c soft butter
1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 large eggs
2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 1/2 c chopped Pecans (optional)


To Prepare:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees (350 if using dark colored pans)

Cover pans with parchment paper, or spray with cooking spray if using pans not coated with a non-stick coating.

Pour contents of mix bag 1 into a small mixing bowl, using a whish or mixure, mix quickly to remove any clumps.

Pour contents of mix bag 2 into a large mixing bowl, add eggs, vanilla, and butter to bowl and mix until well combined.

Mix dry mixture into the large bowl using your hands to combine, add in chocolate chips and nuts, and mix well.

Spoon onto cookie sheet and bake for 7 to 9 minutes.

For extra large cookies, press dough so that it is not more than 3/4 of an inch high.
