You Will Need:

1 Old Fashion Banana Nut Bread Mix 2 large eggs
1 stick of butter 1 cup mashed over ripe bananas
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract  


To Prepare:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 if using dark colored pans)

Spray pans with non-stick spray

Pour contents of pour contents of mix into a large mixing bowl dry ingredients briefly to remove any clumps. Add eggs, butter and vanilla and mix well, then add banana and mix until combined. Pour into a 9x5 baking pan and bake for approximately 45-60 minutes, until a tooth pick or butter knife inserted into the middle comes out clean.
